Contract Overview

Every puppy is placed with a signed sales contract. The full contract is provided before a deposit is placed.

Deposit Terms

Once approved and once you have selected a puppy, a $500 deposit is required to hold that puppy. The deposit is applied toward the final purchase price.

Deposits are non-refundable for any reason unless Reager’s House determines otherwise. In certain cases, and only at Reager’s House discretion with approval, a deposit may be transferred to another litter.

Payment Methods

Deposit and balance payment options may include PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer after direct confirmation from Reager’s House.

Health Guarantee

2-year genetic health guarantee covering documented genetic conditions that significantly impact quality of life and were not detectable at placement. Details are provided in the full contract.

Return Policy

We accept returns at any age, for any reason. No dog from our program will ever be without a safe landing. No refund on returns, but co-placement assistance is offered when possible.

Breeding Rights

Pet puppies are sold without breeding rights and are expected to be spayed or neutered at the appropriate giant-breed age. Breeding rights are available at $5,800 by approval only.
